Our policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and digital credit usage

Introduction

Thank you for choosing UGCBolt. As we provide digital goods and services that involve significant server costs for AI processing, our Refund Policy is designed to be fair and transparent. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Policy Summary

  • Credit Packages: Final and non-refundable once purchased.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Non-refundable, but can be canceled at any time to prevent future renewal.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Eligible for a prorated refund within 7 days of the initial purchase, subject to credit usage.
  • Technical Errors: Refunds are issued for verifiable system failures or billing errors.

Credit Packages (One-Time Purchases)

All purchases of Credit Packages are final and non-refundable.

Once credits are allocated to your account, they are considered delivered digital goods. We do not offer refunds for unused credits from Credit Packages under any circumstances, including "change of mind."

Monthly Subscriptions

Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription payments. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your credits and features until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days in the month.

Annual Subscriptions

We offer a limited refund window for first-time annual subscribers to ensure satisfaction.

  • Eligibility: You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your initial annual payment.
  • Refund Calculation: The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of your credits. We will deduct the value of any credits already consumed during the 7-day period (based on the standard per-credit rate listed on our Pricing page at the time of purchase) and refund the remaining balance.
  • Process: After the 7-day window has passed, the annual subscription becomes non-refundable, though you may still cancel auto-renewal for the following year.

Technical Issues & Exceptions

We aim to handle refund requests fairly and transparently, while recognizing the technical limitations inherent in AI-generated content. We will issue a full refund or credit restoration if:

  • A verifiable technical error on our platform (e.g., server timeout, API crash) prevented the video generation process from completing.
  • You were charged due to a billing system error (e.g., duplicate charges).

Exclusions (Non-Refundable Scenarios): Please note that "generation failure" caused by user inputs is not considered a technical error and is not eligible for refunds. This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Content Policy Violations: Inputs that trigger our (or our upstream AI providers', such as OpenAI/Sora) safety filters. This includes prompts or images containing NSFW content, violence, hate speech, or copyright infringement.
  2. Non-Compliant Inputs: Failure to adhere to specific model requirements, such as uploading low-resolution images, using unsupported file formats, or providing prompts that exceed token limits.
  3. Creative Disagreement: Dissatisfaction with the artistic style, character likeness, or "hallucinations" inherent to current AI technology.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation assistance, please contact our support team with your Order ID and the email address associated with your account.

We typically respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
