Thank you for choosing UGCBolt. As we provide digital goods and services that involve significant server costs for AI processing, our Refund Policy is designed to be fair and transparent. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All purchases of Credit Packages are final and non-refundable.
Once credits are allocated to your account, they are considered delivered digital goods. We do not offer refunds for unused credits from Credit Packages under any circumstances, including "change of mind."
Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription payments. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your credits and features until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days in the month.
We offer a limited refund window for first-time annual subscribers to ensure satisfaction.
